Webb30 mars 2024 · When it comes to smacking the back of the head, I think if it's a tap to the back of the head to get attention it would be idiotic to report something like that, because seriously if the child is old enough to warrant a tap to the back of the head (3+ yrs) then I highly doubt a slight tap is going to cause brain damage.
