Then you reboot, and then you install the GPU drivers. WebTry 3 separate cables as others have suggested. Ensure windows isn’t installing any of its own display drivers. (Just google how). I was having crashing, DDU’d again while doing #2 above and haven’t had issues yet (only been like 6 hours in games since).

Disable any overclocking tools before swapping GPUs and be prepared for shader cache to be rebuilt.
